Step two
This initial meeting explores your project in more detail, discussing your motivations and expectations. It ensures alignment between both parties, fostering trust and open communication.
Step three
The design phase includes developing or refining new plans. NB Custom Builds collaborates with you through sketches and virtual walkthroughs to bring your ideas to life while managing timelines.
Step Four
The pricing process at NB Custom Builds starts with the Qualifying Budget Estimate (QBE). This is followed by the Pre-Construction Proposal. Lastly, the Final Build Estimate (FBE).
Step Five
The contract process at NB Custom Builds begins with a Contract Education session, followed by Contract Signing. After signing, a Deposit Invoice for 5% of the total contract value.
Step six
After the deposit, a detailed construction timeline is created, and a project manager is assigned. Regular updates and site visits keep you informed throughout the build process.
