Thank you for giving us the opportunity to provide a free, no obligation consultation on your new project. At this point we will ask you to provide us with all plans, documentation and desires to get an accurate reading on your job. We will also touch on budget limitations, timelines and give you our experienced analysis on suitable products and suppliers that will achieve the best results!

At this point we send out your architectural plans, engineering and required documents to our trades for an accurate costing of your build. Every item of our quotation is clearly documented In our detailed inclusions schedule. We try to lock down all choices at this stage to ensure there are no unwanted surprises throughout the build. Not to worry if you can’t make your mind up on some specifics, this is where we can introduce prime cost items and provisional sums, this provides flexibility where needed. We will get to this at contract stage.

 Great, we have your estimate ready to go and now would like to meet over a coffee to take you through the details of the pricing, timelines and of course with your approval, possible commencement dates.

We will always make sure to arrange a face to face meeting for this stage as we provide a coherent break down of all costs and give you our simple to understand custom inclusions schedule.

Okay now that the hard parts are done lets put pen to paper and make your dream a reality. At NB Custom Builds we strictly use Master Builders contracts which we find are the most beneficial and straight forward for both parties. We will make sure to include all your special conditions and best of all no need to worry about tricky fine print. You will receive your own contract to take away to read through. Making sure your comfortable to go ahead.

This is the best part of the process. Lets start moving dirt, standing walls and bringing your dream to life!

Throughout the build we will organise frequent updates, site meetings and continually make sure you are happy with progress. Right up until you turn the keys in the front door.
